Marin Chapter of the California Grand Jurors' Association is a
membership organization, the Active Members of which elect its
Board of Directors and officers and conduct the business and program of
the organization. The principles of governance established by the
membership are documented in its Bylaws and Members' Handbook of

Chapter BylawsThe
Chapter Bylaws establish the Chapter's governing rules and policies in
accordance with CGJA and California legal requirements, including the
duties of the Board and officers. |

Members' Handbook of Policies and ProceduresThis Handbook contains the Chapter’s basic governing authorities,
policies, and procedures, including the charters of the Chapter's
committees, which are designed to carry out the Chapter's purposes, to
provide meaningful, useful, productive, and educational experiences for
our members, and to provide opportunities for the members to socialize
and network with other former jurors. |
